Welcome to NIXON + MAUDE, a small family run business, that is dedicated to customer service, with a love for Fashion, Home, and Lifestyle. Founded in 2014 by Jo, NIXON + MAUDE has come a long way from its beginnings in Shepparton Victoria. When Jo first started out, her passion for beautiful brands drove her to open up a fashion and homewares store to share with her town. What should I do if I receive a damaged item due to shipping from NIXON + MAUDE?
If you receive a damaged item, please send us an email at admin@nixonandmaude.com.au along with images of the damaged goods within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. In most cases, the damaged item will need to be returned unless specified otherwise. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as needed.
