Noosa Garage Doors

Phoned and spoke to a lovely lady in the office. My door had come loose from the cable and I was not able to open it. My wife had a doctors appointment and we could not get our car out. They sent 2 men to open the door for me and then later in the day another 2 arrived and fixed the cable. The guys were excellent and nothing was too much trouble. My wife and I were very happy and would like to thank all of them for the exceptional service. Very happy!

WATCH OUT! This company charges you up front and sends out external contractors to charge you a : 1. call out fee 2. service fee then they tell you that you need new parts but send out a different contractor who will also charge you another call out fee and service fee. It has been 4 weeks and I am still waiting for my garage door to be fixed and have been quoted another call out fee and service fee. The company is secretive and will not give out an details of who owns the business or the managers details. Do not give them your money as it is completely mismanaged and nothing is coordinated between the different external contractors they send out to repair your doors with. They make excuses such as you have had a power surge and that is why you need new parts but in my instance the unit was not even plugged in after they claimed it had just happened between their visits. BE CAREFUL IF YOU DEAL WITH THIS GROUP

Great product range and very helpful with advice for my new garage door. Nice to have a local business you can depend on.
