I was not happy with the blinds they supplied - Verishade. I was not offered solutions to the problems - there were many - and I was not offered a refund.

Hi Simone, I think you have chosen the wrong forum to present your dissatisfaction of the performance of your Verishades. Verishades are not made by us and at your request we had the Brisbane manufacturer attend your property to inspect them and determine if the product was manufactured correctly, and installed correctly and they were. Simone, you visited our showroom on multiple occasions, and inspected the verishades, observed their clunky noise saw their cowlicks and uneven spacing. After a long conversation with you on the phone, you were not prepared to listen to the advice of the Verishade Manufacturer or Tony and requested to speak to someone else, and our team of 5 admin have done all that we can to support you with inspections and service calls. Without replacing your Verishades completely with another product I am afraid there is nothing more that we can do. If you would like to consider alternative products please contact our office.

My roller blinds are in and they are fantastic!!! Such an efficient and professional service. This is the second time I have used this firm and the attention to detail has been outstanding. Noosa Screens and Curtains is a very customer driven business and I was very impressed with its service. When I got the quote, the estimator was on time and very pleasant. Then the office staff arranging for delivery were very efficient and pleasant. The installer Julian was first class and if only all tradespeople had his skills. Well done Julian. It was a pleasure to have you in my home. The product is fantastic and I would recommend this company to all.
