At North Coast Engineering & Mechanical, we are passionate about welding, fabrication, line boring and heavy equipment repair. We were established with the simple mission of bringing quality work to the industry and making sure our clients are unreservedly satisfied with our services. Our services include, earthmoving equipment repairs, line boring, fitting and turning, general fabrication and structural steel, although we are a locally owned business in Cairns, we offer welding, line boring, heavy equipment repair and fabrication services throughout Queensland. Our Cairns team is certified in a combination of welding procedures, from lifting points, crane boom repairs and structural repairs to name a few. We provide services in a variety of welding processes including TIG, MIG, stick and brazing/silver soldering. Our workshop is fully equipped with lathes, milling machines, folders, guillotines, and several varieties of welders. We weld and fabricate with many types of metal including mild steel, stainless steel, hardox and bisalloy plate, aluminium and cast iron.
