North Coast Medispa Lismore

I have been having dermapen needling for my acne scarring on the chin and cheeks. Results so far have been fantastic. The new Ballina facilities are lovely, the staff are so friendly and the whole experience has been stress free and professional. not only are kerry and her team extremely knowledgable.. they are all very friendly and professional. The doctor was running late for my botox consultation but they were kind enough to offer a complimentary light therapy session while i waited - really nice gesture and a relaxing treatment.

I went here because my skin was terrible - really dry and flakey, sun damaged, redness etc. I saw Kerry who described herself as a dermatology nurse and the owner of the medi spa. She was really friendly and welcoming, explained the causes of my skin issues and recommended a series of treatments plus a bunch of products (Obagi..a US brand that I haven't seen here before). I declined on the products initially but booked in for a series of laser treatments. I've since had several laser sessions and eventually bought some of the skin care products (to help with the dryness). I wasn't using any products before going to the medi spa. The difference in my skin is definitely noticeable. The redness and freckles have evened out, I've noticed my pores are smaller and the skin is no longer flakey. After the laser treatments my skin feels really firm but that seems wear off over time. On the negative side, the medi spa is combined with a dermatology clinic and that whole arrangement is a bit confusing...the reception staff from the dermatology clinic seemed a bit "disconnected" from the medi spa process and didn't offer much help when the medi spa staff were busy. Overall, the results speak for themselves so I can't complain too much! Highly recommended and will continue to go there.

The best staff, products and treatments in the area.

The Medispa has simply been amazing ... I have been getting my forehead and crows feet wrinkles done here after having some bad experiences at other places in the area. Kerry is mindful of the fact that i didn't want to look like I've had work done and the results have been so perfect!! I have also had other treatments done including the skin peels...not as scary as they sound... and the light therapy which is really nice and relaxing... my skin has never looked so good!!!

I'm approaching 50 years old but I've never felt better about my skin! Kerry, Tammy and the rest of the girls are so lovely and knowledgeable. It's worth the travel to Lismore (I live in Byron) to see such a fantastic team!!

I spent 2 years battling with acne, trying a bunch of off the shelf products and even natural treatments with no results (actually it got worse over time!!). North Coast Medispa was recommended to me by a friend who had good results with other treatments and I'm SO glad I finally decided to go! First, I had a thorough skin consultation with one of the nurses and we discussed my acne history, past products and treatments etc. I was then given a treatment plan with specific instructions on what products to use at what time of day and a schedule of treatments that should be done in the clinic every couple of weeks. I'm soo happy to say that after a month of treatments and following the home care procedure (strictly!!!), my acne has cleared up significantly - I've never been so relieved! I feel so much more confident and can now go outside without caking my face in makeup first! So here's a big "thank you" to North Coast Medispa! I can't recommend them highly enough. Super professional and honest, they obviously know what they're doing and they know how to get results!
