Pleasant staff attended, and did a professional job. However, very difficult to pin down a time for an appoinment. Promised I would be given one 3 times...never provided one. Ultimately attended when I asked the forth time, within 1 hour. Billed for 1.5 hrs labour (technician and apprentice) when job took 16 mins. This was reduced to minimum callout of 1 hour when questioned. Happy with result, customer service prior to visit was poor.
