Steve and his team offer a truly 5 star service. I sent him an email over the long weekend regarding a damaged NBN cable not expecting a reply until Tuesday. Steve messaged me within the hour and told me he could repair first thing in the morning (unless it was urgent he would come out). He conducts himself professionally, was on time and repaired my NBN in a good time and well priced!!

Called on a Sat afternoon after our landscaper nicked the NBN's finest work to date. Was incredibly helpful, super friendly, and fixed the issue. Top service, very fair price, problem solved. Highly recommend.

My NBN cable was cut through by the garden irrigation installer. Steve and his team came out on a Saturday morning. I needed well over 100m of cable (much more than most premises) and Steve had just under that amount. He went away, sourced that length of cable and came back the same day to reconnect me. Huge thanks to Northern Comms for going out of your way, on your weekend off, to get me up and running again with internet. Highly recommended.
