Waste of money and an absolute waste of time. They are only interested in ticking the mediation boxes before going to court. No guidance, no knowledge, and no help if you don’t want to end up in court. I spend an hour talking, and when i asked for advice they said call a lawyer. Feels like a fake company.

Although we had pretty challenging and complicated issues to discuss we found Melinda to be exceptionally helpful. The ability to do everything over the phone was great. The process was very smooth and we would definitely recommend to others.
