Thank you Nova Cruises for another fantastic cruise, the best one yet, on Melbourne Cup Day. The trip was an absolute delight. Your staff were professional, and polite. I loved the way the young woman who did the sweeps (sorry I didn't get her name) bounced around and kept the happy vibe going. The entertainment was just perfect. The cruise itself was incredible, we saw places we didn't know existed, and then there is the boat/ship/ferry itself, what a treasure Newcastle has in that, and the people who operate her. I will return for another trip down the track, in the meantime you ask how the experience can be improved and I say to you that you cannot improve on perfection. Well done.

Hi there, thank you for a great cruise on Saturday.... for our girls weekend. Very well organized, food beautiful., staff very friendly and efficient. Everybody in our group loved it. Was my 2nd time aboard and I always recommend to friends.

The crew were all very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The captain was most informative with his commentary throughout the cruise. Great selection of buffet style food for lunch with delicious dessert. Vegetarian meal choice was fantastic! Perfect size vessel. Good harbour views from all angles. Very friendly staff. Plentiful buffet with good food. Nice way to spend a couple of hours on Newcastle harbor with some interesting facts. Would recommend.

Excellent way to take in the Newcastle Port, eat a beautifully fresh lunch of generous proportions and hear a very informative, entertaining commentary. Great staff, spacious tables, worth the money and time well spent.

As a coeliac, I loved that you had gluten free cookies! Big thumbs up for catering to dietary requirements. Staff were friendly and courteous. Awesome to see whales and dolphins! Would do again if I had guests in town :-)

Service - amazing service. Staff were very friendly, and funny and you could tell they love and are passionate about what they do. They made today an unforgettable experience for my family. Thank you guys 🙏 love the tea, coffee and bikies. Kids loved it especially. Makes all the difference. Cruise itself was amazing, and the crew were patient enough and made sure we didn’t leave without seeing the whales. Thankfully we saw them and they put on an amazing show for us, even coming close to the boat. Will never forget today and will happily recommend the Nova cruises. Maybe in future get the staff to encourage people to go on the Instagram account and tag them on their videos/photos to get more exposure. Was expecting to see more people on the boat which I’m personally happy with as we had ample space but from a business point of view maybe a few more bums on seats would have sufficed. Overall thanks guys for an amazing experience today. Wishing the team all the best 🙏

Megan and Max were great guides on the tour. The free tea, coffee and biscuits were just what was needed after an hour and a half of no whales. Thoroughly enjoyed the boat though. Then just like that we were treated to an amazing display from at least 5 whales coming very close to our boat. Spectacular. Well worth the postponements due to weather previously. Kudos to the officer team too. Every postponement they have been most accommodating and super friendly. Will be planning one of the other tours soon. Many Thanks

A great afternoon. We saw whales. An amazing crew. They are the right people in the right jobs. A beautiful way to spend a Saturday afternoon. Can you add better signage to where the wharf is located, rather than behind Rydge's? Thank you...thank you... thank you Meaghan and Max are awesome
