Lisa took our call. Our windscreen was chipped July 25, 2024 after a stone flicked off a rear tyre on a truck doing 100ks per hour. New car - we were travelling with our caravan from The Hawkesbury and on our way to Port Stephens /Nelson Bay. Called Novus Glass. They were good to fix our windscreen when we arrived 2 hours later. Jarryd and Jarryd greeted us very warmly. We were able to drive car and van in. Chip fixed within half an hour. I didn’t shop around as I thought their price was reasonable. Thanks everyone at Novus Glass Salamander Bay - love your work.

This review is in relation to the replacement of a fixed sheet of glass next to a sliding glass door. Novus Salamander was the cheapest and quickest of several agents that were consulted. They have excellent communication via phone call or text messages. The replacement and install were seamless. I highly recommend this firm for not only automotive needs but also for any domestic glass needs.

This was the most exceptional service we have ever received. The staff were so kind, friendly and accommodating. We were traveling on holiday here and got a chip/crack in the windscreen and they fit us in straight away. The repair was done so fast and now you can’t even tell there was a chip/crack. Thank you team and we highly recommend their services.
