Zero stars: rude, poor behaving traffic controller and unprofessional management. A detailed complaint was emailed to Nowra Traffic 24/7 (Nowra Cranes) regarding rude and condescending behaviour from one of their traffic controllers towards my wife at one of their work sites. After weeks and weeks waiting for my complaint to be addressed / taken seriously I have given up. There has been no attempt of an apology or any reassurance that it won’t happen again. I requested all correspondence to be made via email and not via phone which was not taken seriously by management at Nowra Traffic / Nowra Cranes. As a professional engineer in the industry, I would recommend that any future complaints regarding Nowra Traffic / Nowra Cranes be made directly to the work site. Nowra Traffic / Nowra Cranes will never be working on any of my work sites in the future.

Was organising a Muscle Car Show for the school fundraiser and needed Traffic Co-Ordination to direct traffic during the event. The fully qualified staff were great. Traffic was handled with care and the day was a success with no incidents at all. Thanks
