NQ School Photography

Great customer service when I called their office, kids said the photographers were friendly & the photos turned out beautiful as usual. Thanks NQ for another year of great memories of our kids school years

They sent a text at 7am telling parents sibling photos were at 8am. We rock up and no one is there. 10 minutes later a guy comes out and tells us that sibling photos aren't till 825. Then an announcement is made and all the teachers pile in front of the kids to have their photos taken. Then the school bell goes so the kids have to go off to class. Poor planning and terrible execution by NQ School Photography. Why even send out that text message ONE HOUR before the supposed time if they weren't going to honour it!! I'd give them minus stars if it were possible. You should be ashamed of your selves. All those parentless kids will behaved and lining up only to be told to go away. They were heart broken and more than a handful were crying. Absolutely disgusting. Get your act together you clowns

Terrible photos, 2 years running.. got a refund last year just can’t be bothered this year never again. Don’t waste your money. They’re nothing like they advertise, wish we had another option for school photos. Might suggest that at the school
