Certified in kettlebells, battleropes, boxing, nutrition, pre and post pregnancy training and postural assessments. Safe Return to Exercise Programming focusing on specific pelvic floor work. All programs are design specifically for you alone. Each session is different to keep you motivated and on track to met your goals. Our main priority is you! With more than 10 years in the fitness industry, our clients are in capable hands when it comes to their health and fitness. NRG Plus Personal Training is not designed for the masses, its designed for you, where you feel comfortable to train, where you feel you are being listened to. We care about your goals and needs. You are more than a number to us. Whether you're looking to lose body fat, wanting to build muscle mass, work towards a fun run or are recovering from an illness, there is a training style for you. Health and fitness is so much more than having the elusive six pack. Its about being strong, flexible, being able to get up from the ground easily, playing with your children outside, or even your grandchildren. NRG Plus Personal Training provides a wide range of training styles from traditional weight training, battlerope sessions, kettlebell hits, powerbags and intense HIIIT sessions. We also do a yearly Spartan Race as a team, with all training and skill work done for weeks before the event. It is a great weekend away as a team.
