Certified in kettlebells, battleropes, boxing, nutrition, pre and post pregnancy training and postural assessments. Safe Return to Exercise Programming focusing on specific pelvic floor work. All programs are design specifically for you alone. Each session is different to keep you motivated and on track to met your goals. Our main priority is you! With more than 10 years in the fitness industry, our clients are in capable hands when it comes to their health and fitness. NRG Plus Personal Training is not designed for the masses, its designed for you, where you feel comfortable to train, where you feel you are being listened to. We care about your goals and needs.
