Absolute Joke, been waiting with constant phone calls to have a script reissued as it wasn't accepted at the chemist for an eye condition we are trying to sort. I have rang everyday this week and done so repeatedly when the male receptionist asked me to. Today after being told the specialist will call me yesterday at 4.00 to 4.30pm to do script on line ... no call or follow up. I was told your coming in next week deal with it in araised voice and hung up on. This is so unprofessional considering im a paying customer requiring eye drops that take 10 days to order. Very unhappy with this unprofessional service. Regards Leonnee Lyons
