I have been a customer of this salon for as long as it has been opened using the salon once a month. On Thursday I got a pedicure and infill. I told the nail man that one of my acrylic nails was lifting from my natural nails, He said that it was my natural nail lifting from the skin and proceeded to infill as normal. The nail came off in bed that night. I took time off work to go back again today to have it fixed. They tried to charge me more money to add a new one saying they do not give a warranty on nails. I explained that it wasn't done properly in the first place. Eventually, I was not charged, but apparently will be charged next time. (There shouldn't be a next time!) I have spent over $6000 at this salon and feel there should be some reward for customer loyalty.
