Nu-Look Carpet Cleaning

After hearing about the work that Nu-Look do and their reputation from multiple colleagues I decided to get Justin out to do some carpet and lounge cleaning at my place and was amazed at the results. Their reputation definitely precedes them and I was so happy with the outcome. With 2 young kids stains on the carpet and lounge are inevitable but Justin was able to bring them back to as new! I highly recommend Justin and the team at Nu-Look.

Pretty disappointed had booked to do my carpets 2.5 weeks in advance. Justin never bothered to turn up I rang multiple times and left messages . Justin only rang me back when my he thought something was put on Facebook about his business which it wasn’t then proceeded to argue and give me attitude and said I should have texted to ask where he was instead of the multiple times I called and left messages. poor attitude and customer service skills Very unreliable
