I had a horrible experience with O’Brien AutoGlass Tullamarine. They ordered the wrong glass for my car and listed the wrong opening time (7:30 AM instead of 8 AM), making me wait unnecessarily. After dropping my car off, they falsely blamed my insurance for ordering the wrong glass, which was their responsibility. No apology was offered, and I was rebooked for a week later. At my rescheduled 8 AM appointment, I arrived at 8:30 AM and explained the inconvenience caused by their repeated mistakes. The receptionist, Helen, was rude, dismissive, and immediately called the manager. The manager disregarded my concerns while another employee, against instructions, threatened to “put me and my partner through the wall.” Helen also shoved past my partner without apology. When I requested the names of the employees, the manager refused and told us to leave. This unprofessional, hostile behavior is unacceptable. Avoid O’Brien AutoGlass Tullamarine at all costs.
