I have used this company for plumbing electrical and roofing works they have always been efficient and helpful from the office staff to the technicians.

Joel came out to take a look our water leak. He did a thorough search, taking photos underneath the house. He found our leak and fixed the problem. This is not the first time we have used Oceanside. Every time a plumber or electrician comes out, they have always been very respectful, professional, on time and efficient. All the young men that work for Oceanside have always done a fantastic job for us. !!

last December, there was a leak in my backyard, called oceanside, they did the job and told me the leak was fixed, charged me 965 dollars. However sooner after the job is to, I find the backyard still leak at the same site. I called oceanside in January but been told that they will charge if the plumber comes into theproperty to check, although it is a recent job and it is the same site. They told me basically they can not guarantee any work because there " might be a new leak even within 1mm away from the pipe they have " fixed " . At the time I thought to wait and see, but the leakage got big and flooded, eventually, I called them again. The plumber came into the property, digging out the same pavement, told me that there is a leak again, they did some work at the site for about 1-2 hours, then left. One week after there was still water in the hole. a plumber came to the property and told me that he is not sure if the leak has been fixed. the charged the unfinished job close to$ 1000

We have used this company twice, both times the job was less than two hours and both times the cost was over $600. The first was a Sunday so we gave some allowance and gave them another chance when we had a drain blockage. They used a high-pressure machine, that they own, to clear our drain. The charge for using this machine, which remember they own, was an additional $420!!!!! On top of labour and other parts. I asked them to explain and they justified this charge saying the machine cost $18,000 plus annual maintenance costs of $5000+, and to recoup those costs they charged each client that it was required for an additional cost. I might also note that they do not tell you this before doing it. She said if they hadn’t have used that machine they would have had to excavate to access the pipe costing $1500, again, not stating any of this beforehand, because they know if they had I would have told them to get lost and used someone with a better pricing structure. They make you sign a quote and say they will reduce the quote if less hours are required - then they do not - do not use them

Oceanside Plumbing claims they can repair leaks in roof. This is not true when you have paid for them to repair the leak properly. They could not even be bother to check the sarking and did not repair the leak. They took a couple of tiles and went up to replace them. Did not check for holes in the sarking as that was going to take too long and it was for another time so they can quote and get more money. Which has leaked twice since they claim to have repaired the leak. We paid them $500 and will not use them again. They said it was a temporary fix. I never said it was a temporary fix and then quoted for $1,500 for the roof repair. They have not bothered to answer us this time as we have paid them already. Bad business practice !!! Maybe they are good at emergency plumbing but don't call them for emergency roof repair !!!

I have used Oceanside Plumbing now 3 times for fairly urgent jobs and each time they have been fast to respond, fixed the issue quickly, provided photos and a reasonable bill. About a month ago, I had a burst pipe late one night and the bathroom started to flood! In a worry, I called Oceanside Plumbing and they were out to me within the hour as they're open 24hrs. I now have them on speed dial. I cannot recommend them enough. The plumber who came to my home was fast, efficient and so friendly.

Seriously cannot thank Oceanside Plumbing enough! The team were super efficient in rectifying the plumbing issue in no time. It turned out to be a much bigger job than I had thought and Adam arrived without delay. I am happy to recommend the services of Oceanside. The bill was surprisingly low and extremely fair for the amount of work that went into our blocked drain for the entire building.

Oceanside plumbing are a fantastic company who offer a large range in plumbing services. The lovely girl in the office is a delight to deal with over the phone and always gives her 110%. The plumbers are excellent at what they do. Pinpoint the issue as quickly as possible to avoid charging a huge amount to their customers. Love their work.
