I highly recommend the Off The Wall team. They went the extra mile in working on my 1934 Oldsmobile and vast improvement in the drive was evident. Their communication and service are second to none. Much Appreciated.

After my past 10 years experience with different Mechanics i honestly wouldnt go to anybody else. I have been using Lachlan and his team for close to 2 years now with extensive mechanical work carried out on my vehicles over this period without any dramas or issues, its fantastic to finally have a mechanic i can trust and rely on i could not recommend more highly, deserves 6 stars!!

We want to thank Lachlan and his team at Off the Wall Automotive, out of stupidity we had put petrol in our Ford Ranger. After having it towed to the dealership Trinity Ford Cairns and them quoting over the phone $10k to be fixed, we called Lachlan. Not only did he stay back until very late on a Friday night, his quote was $400. He found a way around the problem without having to replace half the car. We highly recommend these guys to anyone.... even if it just a service, their staff and honesty is next to non.

Revised review.been using OTW since they started in reservoir rd cairns.it was only lachlan then.i was impressed with his mechanical knowledge and honesty and service. I live in daintree so to bring my cars down to him gives u an idea how high i hold his work.jim todd

My 2002 navara needed a 10,000 service and having moved recently to Cairns I was apprehensive about locating a good mechanic at a reasonable cost, I looked and asked around before a friend suggested lachlan and his workshop. I was very happy with his work servicing the car and he alerted me to further work that needed done on the vehicle. I have since returned to have my radiator repaired, had my daughters car transported on the workshops tow truck. I highly recommend Off the Wall automotive, I will be going back for future work on both my daughters and my motor vehicles.

I've had my old 2009 Holden Epica looked after by Lachlan & OtW Automotive crew since they started there several years ago & I only wish I could take em with me on my move to another town. They're honest, fast, do a good job 1st-time & a fair price for the work always...

My car broke down last Wednesday I rang Lachlan at 7.30 to see if he could recommend a towing service by 8.30 my car was at Lackland workshop by 5.30 my car had been delivered back to me.J have been a client of Lachlan's for 7yrs he is honest reliable and knowledgable.I would highly recommend.
