What Is your complaints policy?

We cover our work for up to 5 days. If for a reason you are unhappy with the job you need to just send an email to onthemovecarpetcleaning@gmail.com with an attached receipt and photographs of affected areas. This needs to be done within 5 days of the job completion to be eligible for a re-clean.

What do I need to do for the appointment?

To complete your appointment, we need access to both power and water. We also ask that you vacuum your carpets beforehand.
