Came to my house with the wrong windscreen, but proceeded to remove and take mine out and then stopped and just tapped my windscreen down with green tape. Asked me to call him the following morning at 5am to come and fix it, then lied and played stupid games with me over the phone and asked me to drive the car that he had already taken the windscreen out of but tapped it down, over 30 minute away to him to replace it. Disregarding my safety knowing the window can blow out anytime, Whilst he knew well and truely I had it booked in for a blue slip and was fixing the windscreen for the blue slip. And no registration Yes he was fully aware. I ended up saying to get to me when you can. Tried contacting him via call multiple times and has had no decency or back bone to call me back or message at all and then proceeded to block my number. I would not recommend this business to anyone at all they are rude and arrogant people with no sense off respect or consideration.

Jacob, as you are well aware, your father supplied me with the incorrect vehicle details, hence the incorrect window. You were quoted $250.00 for fitting at Berkeley Vale, on the Thursday, of a long weekend. You then changed the location to Wyee, adding another 50kms round trip yet I kept the price the same. Half way through I informed you that your vehicle was not the model I was told. Your existing screen was never fully removed and was secured safely. You were also shown the actual text message I was sent, stating the vehicle make and model, noting that it was not my error. YOU agreed to drive to my workshop, at West Gosford, the following morning (the eve of a long weekend), where myself and staff waited for YOU for 2 hours. After repeated attempts to contact YOU, you called and said you were not coming. Your number was never blocked. YOU refused to answer my calls. YOU were never charged any money despite YOUR lack of respect and consideration. Oh….But thanks
