I recently attended a kids party here and was pleasantly surprised at how amazing it was. For years I have been driving past never actually visiting this 'gem' of a place. What a perfect venue for a birthday party, or even just to visit. There is something here for every age, the kids were very much having the time of their lives doing a little gem fossicking. Lovely relaxing atmosphere, friendly place. Hope to come back again soon.

I found the most gorgeous necklace for myself here, and because the prices were so amazing I ended up purchasing another for a dear friend. Happened onto this place by chance as we were visiting the Skin shop up the road. Thought we would drop in to have a look, expected to be a few minutes. Wow, what a hidden gem (excuse the pun) of a place. We didn't see the kids, they were too busy looking for gem stones in the huge area full of rocks outside. Whilst they were busy my darling husband purchased me a very special opal necklace, just gorgeous. So, couple of hours later and a very happy family. Will be back on the holidays with the children to ease that holiday boredom. Very cost effective way to entertain them might I add, very clever.
