My husband and I are over 60, totally not tech savvy and visited Jarrod at Optus store Dapto after visiting Telstra store, which was an utter waste of time, to get some help and advice on new phones and plans. The service we received was amazing. Jarrods patience, understanding attitude and service was second to none. I must also mention the store manager Zowie, so supportive of her staff and helpful. Thank you Optus Dapto for employing lovely staff and thank you Jarrod for a pleasant experience that we were originally dreading having to address, you made a complicated issue a breeze for us.
