Wow what prompt service, did a great job of fitting a new TV Antenna and replacing the cable, didn’t charge an arm and leg,

I've used David for multiple ADSL, NBN, Telecommunications and cabling work - absolutely terrific workmanship and service. Highly recommend if you're in Alice Springs or Central Australia.

Have used Outback Internet a number of times, for both private business and for NBN installs. They always do a good job and are easy to get along with. Much appreciated.

David organised me to be home Sunday lunchtime which I was. 4pm came and I messaged him to find out where he was. He then rang and said he was on his way to Docker River and won't be back until Friday (Good Friday). I have now been waiting for my internet to be fixed for 5 weeks!! And he has now added another week for a job that would take 10-20 mins (swap the NBN box). No phone call to tell me he would not be here until Friday. It was Lucky I messaged him other wise I would be still waiting. To top that off Yulara is on the way to Docker so it wasn't even out of his way. Terrible customer service and I would not recommend.
