Owen's Antennas

5 stars for service and expertise. I'd arranged to meet Owen at the property but was running behind schedule. He was fine about it and started work on the antennas. He was able to efficiently problem solve, (this was at a rental and I had some gaps in my knowledge), check the aerials, get the plugs and splitter fitted in good time. Owen is responsive to his phone. (You know the tradie thing, where they tend not to answer and you end up in phone tag?) The price for his service was very reasonable and he quickly emailed a receipt. So glad I found him because we have a few rentals near the coast and the aerials do not last. In my 30 years as a property owner/investor, he is hands down the best TV aerial guy I have used.

The change to digital was a disaster for our TV signal, pixellating and No Signal were the norm. I contacted a well known franchise who offered a 6 meter antenna that might get 2 channels but might not...for $800. Finally I called Owen after an evening when EVER channel was unwatchable. He turned up on the day I called. He assessed the signal, checked the current set up, discussed the current situation. He investigated solutions and discussed the results enabling me to make a decision. He then installed the new set up. Last night for the first time since digital TV was launched we had no pixellation on ANY channel. I HIGHLY recommend Owen, he knows his job, takes pride in his work and wants the best result for you. At half the cost of the other mob. Don't bother contacting anyone else. Owen is your man. Thanks Owen!

Owen helped us out when my elderly Mum was reporting an intermittent loss of TV signal. The job was not straightforward, with complications due to my Mum's age. With good communication and a professional approach, the job was completed quickly and with a fair price. We would not hesitate to get him again if the need arose.
