Booked car in for work, took my car there a day early and had no rush on the work to be done, Rod (the owner) told me to take it to the bastards i got the parts from to fit it and he wouldn’t do the work because he had an altercation with someone i knew which bad nothing to do with me. Also took another car there oneday (toyota prado) and he forgot to put a bolt in the rear suspension he fitted which led to damage to the new struts i had purchased through them. When i called and booked my car in they said they were happy to do the work i took the car there and his attitude towards me was very obnoxious and didn’t car or listen to what i was trying to explain to him, i had been going to him for alot of years but after this he has lost my business and everyone i know, i said there was no rush for the work to be done and was happy to wait but his customer service skills need to be looked at big time, swearing at me also. THANKS FOR WASTING MY TIME, DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
