We've always used Oz for our garden supplies and they are a great bunch of people. Today we had a situation where things didn't quite go to plan, and we could not have asked for more proactive and thoughtful management of the issue. We highly recommend them and will continue to engage their services.

Ordered mulch on the promise and was assured mulch would be there 9:30am the next morning. Staff assured me it would definitely be there at that time as we had staff there ready to spread their product. 11:30am called ozmulch and was advised that truck was loaded night before and was sitting there with load. Staff member aghast no one called me. Asked to speak to manager was advised manager would get back to me. Wasn’t until 24 hrs later manager bothered to email me with a very unsatisfying and unsatisfactory response. Mulch arrive 12:30pm, some three hours AFTER Oz mulch had guaranteed that it would arrive. Not good enough

Our customers all know we don't give exact delivery times, as it is not practical in the transport industry to say a delivery will be there at an exact time. You couldn't take the load before 9:30am and we did our best to get it to you after this, with your load being delivered at 11:37am. As for you abusing our staff, this is not acceptable. One of the ladies that has been here for seven years, said she had never been spoken to so badly, anywhere she's worked in her whole life. I would recommend everyone stay clear of Peter Ekert of ECS Lawns & Garden Care, he is bad news, as you will see from his own customer’s reviews. P.S. he is now attempting to sue us through the Courts, for not getting the delivery to him at exactly 9:30am… this is the type of guy he is.

The guy from oz landscapes supply was very knowledgeable but the grass supplied wasn’t so good . The grass rolls had barely any soil attached to it and there where 1/5 of the rolls falling apart like the machine used to cut and roll wasn’t sharpe or working that well Which will take longer to establish and grow .

Hi Alex, we would love if you could contact us, so we could look into the issue you've had with the turf. We don't grow the turf, we just sell on behalf of the farms. If you give us your particulars (can only see your name is Alex), we can speak to the turf grower about your delivery.

There is a great crew of people working for a landscape business right here in Toronto NSW, and they are the OZ LANDSCAPE company. My husband has bought all the soil and native mulch for our new native garden. They are very competitively priced, the staff are happy to go "beyond the call of duty"& they have a very accessible drive though road from the office to the soil and mulch yard . We recommend them and we will be back. Thanks guys for the great service.
