Second time having my vehicle serviced here second time I have been messed around. Seriously why does it take you 9hrs to service a prado? Last time the wheel weights fell off on the way home from service causing horrible vibrations through the steering. Highly dont recommend this dealership for service

Recently purchased a used vehicle from Pacific Toyota used cars 77 Mulgrave Rd Overall a very disappointing experience. Upon vehicle delivery found fine beach sand all through the engine bay and on top of the engine. Salesman had 2 days notice of delivery time but still wasn’t ready for delivery. Left the email of offer ambiguous which led to registration being left out of final deal. Poor result for me the customer and Toyota brand even after escalating to head of sales

Not at all impressed with the staff, we are purchasing a new car we receive a voice mail from the sales person asking us to call his mobile, call his mobile 3 times did not answer. Received an email from same person noting he would let us know if the car was not going to be ready on the day the payment was received by them, guess what no email to notify us the car was not ready then received a call from the delivery staff to notify us the car was ready (same day) when we quire this told she would check and call straight back - NO CALL. now we are at the day after and still getting the run around. Will not be using this company again and telling any one who is looking to go any ware but Pacific Toyota Cairns, worth a drive to the Atherton Tablelands to get better service. Have had to rate with one star did not want to give any but can not submit with out maybe there should be a negative option as that is what I would give

Went in to get a price on a new dual cab SR Hilux last week. Quoted me $54,000 with stock tub, $56,500 with steel tray. At a time when a half yearly clearance was on and you could get an SR5 for $48,990 DRIVE AWAY. SR5 is the better one. Did not even get told about the SR5 being cheaper. Got a quote in Brisbane for $40,000.

I bought a $44,000 car from this dealership late 2013. Has broken down twice in 9 months with the latest venture set to cost $3500 to fix.
