About Paddock to Plates
Located in the beautiful Tweed Valley in Northern New South Wales, we raise our grass fed beef cattle with care to produce premium natural meat which is delivered straight to your door. Our product is 6 to 8 month old, supremely tender and lean mother-reared heavy veal produced on our farms and professionally butchered by a local Tweed butcher and sold in quarter (1/4) packages.
