Padma Massage is located on Portsmouth Rd, in the Beautiful Fragrant Garden of Distillery Botanica, just off Terrigal Drive. Providing specialised Remedial and Therapeutic Massage for Women and Children. Owner/Operator Helen Trehy is a skilful Massage Therapist after qualifying in Remedial, Sports and Therapeutic Massage over 22 years ago. Helen is passionate in helping her Clients to become more attuned to their bodies. Aiding them in alleviating physical, emotional and mental discomfort and stress, via Remedial and Holistic massage. Massage Treatments include; Remedial Massage, for relieving pain and tension in specific areas due to; Injury, work related posture, post-surgery recovery, and general aches and tiredness. Therapeutic Massage; A deeply relaxing and nurturing full body treatment. Bringing awareness back into the body. With pressure to suit the individual. Excellent for slowing down the body and mind, shifting into quiet alertness for health and wellbeing.

I recently went to Padma Massage in the Fragrant Gardens as I had a really sore neck that was giving me headaches and migraines. Helen was able to release all of the tension and even loosen up areas that I didn't even realise were tight. I will definitely visit Helen on a regular basis.

I have been a client of Helen's for therapeutic massage for the last two years and have always felt wonderfully relaxed after her massages. Last year, following a total hip replacement I begun having remedial massages from Helen that have provided relief from pain and greatly assisted with my recovery. Helen is a highly skilled therapist providing an individually tailored treatment for each of her clients.
