All the staff from the vet Brett to the nursing staff are incredibly caring, professional, have taken our bird and several dogs there, from compassionate end of life care to ongoing regular appointments. Highly recommend this practice, your pets are treated as individuals and so are there pet parent.

Brett has been my horse vet for 26yrs. He has never let me down in an emergency and always reply’s to my questions when I have a query. He is kind, caring and knowledgeable. It’s a good feeling to know my horses are in good hands.

Thank you to Brett and the team that worked Monday 15/1/24 for all their work, it was greatly appreciated. In the end, we lost 1 goat out of the 6 that ate a plant they should not have. Thank you for being upfront with the prognosis and trying regardless.

Have been bringing my pets here for years for all of their checkups. The staff here really are the nicest people who have a deep love for the animals. Whether it is medical, flea, teeth, food or illness, Palmwoods Vet Surgery covers everything. We even get all our grooming and hydrobaths here...so we have no need to shop elsewhere. Highly recommend for all...great or small, tame or wild, furry or scaled.

A little while ago we came across a dog that had been hit by a car and we rushed him to the vet surgery in Palmwoods. The staff there were amazing, they instantly stepped into action no questions asked. We couldn't stay that day and had to go, but it was so nice to get the phonecall later letting us know that she made it through and the owners had been located. Such a beautiful community out here.

Great care and attention given to all our pets here, weather it is the cat dog or ginnea pigs, they have all had a visit over the years. Everything in the one place all that you need for your pet, and the staff are very professional and dedicated to their work.
