Herman We had Paradise Roofing clean, prepared and painted our tile roof, our experience with this company was excellent throughout the Quoting to the completion of the job including a small extra paint job at no extra charge. I would definitely recommend this company for your roof restoration as satisfaction guaranteed.

Very disappointed with our experience with this company we payed our deposit in September nearly 4months ago and then got ghosted and had no communication since . Job didn't even get to a start date (even though Aaron advised would be 2-3wks) very poor service and wasted 4months of our time not sure what the problem was but our experience wasn't great at all

It’s taken roughly 12 months for the company to actually get the job done, they’ve consistently not shown up at the time and date agreed upon, either arriving very early in the morning for an afternoon job or not turning up at all. If this wasn’t the only company that worked on my tricky roof, I would have taken my business elsewhere.

Had the company quote and do the job in 2017. It was close to highest quote. And they have a good reputation. There had been hiccups with the work done. Happy with final job. Informed by a neighbour that a part of pointing was not done. Recently was cleaning guttering. And saw where neighbors had mentioned. Took photo, and attempted to email the company that did the work, through Localsearch. I have not received a reply for weeks. I now think that it’s like people sometimes say, once they have your money, you won’t see them again. I do hope this is incorrect.

Had this company give me a quote which I accepted, then they never showed up to do the work and wouldn't return calls or messages. Very unprofessional company to deal with.
