About Pat 4 Pilates Yoga Fitness
Pat instructs Pilates Yoga Fitness classes group and private classes at Balgownie Community Centre and Fairy Meadow Surf Club. Classes are a combination of the best pilates, yoga and fitness exercises and are designed to improve core stability, strength/tone, flexibility, balance and general well being. The carefully prepared & flowing classes work the entire body, conditioning and improving postural alignment, strengthening weaker underused muscles and stretching tight overused muscles and joints. Kids yoga for pre schoolers, with Rebecca, held at same time as adult class for convenience. Beginner classes are run on demand and private classes are designed to suit the needs of the individual.
