Having consulted another plumber as well as comparing my next door neighbour's successful drainage work to mine, I'm enormously disappointed with the drainage work carried out by Paul on 9th June 2022 (paid for on the day) & subsequent experience with a heavy downpour of rain. Paul is now refusing to rectify his work.
