Pearl Nails Spa

Booked a pedi for 3pm, arrived at 3 to be told they were running late..could I come back at 4. I returned at 4 to be told I was 5mins late and they couldn't do my pedi. Offhand, rude and frankly bad customer service. As I was speaking to the lady next door at 4.04pm (and she saw my phone time) I don't think I was very late. They just wanted to shut up shop. Would not recommend this service to anyone.

A disgrace I was booked in today when I booked the girl said 430pm then 445pm.no asked what time they closed she said 6pm I arrive at 453pm admitted to be 7 mins late due to motorway traffic. She’s like your late and wouldn’t entertain doing my appointment. She didn’t take my number or name. So so slack I had a funeral to attend tomorrow and was really wanting this done.

Terrible customer service. Didn’t smile and barely looked at me when I was speaking. One lady came in the same time as I did, they told us to come back in 10 minutes so I stayed and waited until they were ready. The other lady came back 15-20 mins later and they told her they couldn’t do it anymore even though there were no other customers or bookings and they weren’t even close to closing time. Even after this they kept turning away customers. They did a good job on my pedicure but their attitude was very disappointing ☹️

Great job ; I will always go there when I visit. Best nail job i have had for a long time. They made sure and took their time.
