Celebrated my husband's 50th birthday at Peking Gardens with a group of 20, and it was a disaster. Waited an hour and a half for food with no communication or apology. When food arrived, it was haphazardly served. Despite complaints, staff remained indifferent. Basic courtesies like asking if we wanted rice were ignored. When I suggested a discount for the poor service, the lady at the counter became confrontational and disrespectful. To top it off, the bill was presented in Chinese with extreme rudeness. Never experienced such appalling service. Peking Gardens should be ashamed. Think twice before dining here.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. We order a big order for Father’s Day tonight and we were told there was a hour and half wait which we were ok with. We tried calling over 20 times after the first time (I was hung up on) I even sent a message to the mobile number for the establishment and no reply. All we needed was a call to say the order was not coming and they couldn’t even do that. Absolutely disgraceful.
