Pele Jewellery

The necklace i bought was of low quality and i wanted to return it & get a refund. But the returns link on the pele website doesn't work. So i emailed them directly, but i never received a response. Poor quality & no customer service at all it seems...

I have been extremely disappointed with the service I have received. I never received my order, nor was it ever shipped (no Aus post notification or shipping email). I emailed multiple times, sent private messages on Instagram and only received sporadic responses claiming that I would be refunded or have my order reshipped, neither of which happened. I’m at a complete loss with how to contact this business and would never shop with them again.

I needed a replacement part for some special earrings I purchased whilst on holidays on Port Douglas. Not Only did they post it to me but wouldn’t accept any payment. The loss was totally my fault. I will onfoward the generosity
