Good service with phone calls and emails. However I wanted a small dent in the vehicle, with out having to paint at all! It seems they do not use the "dent-less" process, but their advert says they "fix dents" of course! Not that way?

We've been going to Pelican Motors for over 7 years now for all our services, repairs as well as for the restoration work for my classic old Ford. The team is amazing, from reception to mechanic and we've always been very happy with the service and price. I've recently moved to Maleny but I still travel to Caloundra because it's so worth it!

I am writing to highlight the exceptional service I have received since going to Pelican Waters Service Centre. I have 2 cars which from time to time need regular servicing, and these services have been carried out with professional care and knowledge. Also, I have had minor problems with the cars from time to time and without an appointment my needs were addressed without a query. The centre provides a courtesy vehicle if required and if not a staff member will drive me to a destination while the car is serviced. The centre offers all that is needed to look after your vehicle. We recently had to have some panel beating and repainted done on our car. The service we received was tops. We even got our car back clean and shiny as well as an unexpected gift. It looks great. We will be recommending them to everyone. From a very satisfied customer. Thank you
