Shocking injury to my poodle after grooming. Collapsed larynx after cruelly jerking on his collar. This was vet confirmed.

No complaint ever made, well over 2 years since I have seen the dog, think this review has more do do with a totally matted unclaimed cat

Adopting an animal is so rewarding! My son and I have adopted a dog and cat from Lucinda, both who are such welcomed new additions to our family. They have filled us with joy and love! Some need a bit of extra love, support and training because of their past. Our animals are well natured and very loving! Lucinda has a lot of compassion for the animals and knowledge to pass on. She also helps and supports well after buying an animal on many levels Her commitment for what she does is overwhelming.

Might not be the prettiest shop, but the owner, Cindy, really cares about her animals. She rehomes literally hundreds of animals every year so give her your support! The animals in the shop have beautiful temperaments - they really respond to this 'Cat Whisperer' - it is amazing to watch! A caring, lovely lady - an asset to Lismore. If i need anything for my animals i make sure to see her.
