Visited Pet Domain 15/6/24 and purchased some items. Staff were unfriendly and completely unhelpful. I returned an item today and had the same experience. Zero customer service. Staff made no attempt to offer assistance, and when asked where something as, waved vaguely and wandered off in the other direction. A staff member watched me struggling with my 2 dogs while trying to measure something, and turned away. At the checkout no eye contact, no smile, nothing but sullen expressions.

Very poor service, I went around 5.10 pm,,(13.06.23) ,and no one serve me until 15 minutes, finally one female staff turned up and, I ask about simple question, and she told me "you have to do your own research ,you got only 3 minutes to buy", That's not first time,same stafer treat me badly. I'm not going again
