Phil Hunt Parts is a Family Owned and Family Run Business, selling new and used spare parts to suit Allis Chalmers, Fiat Allis, Massey Ferguson, Hanomag and John Deere Industrial earthmoving equipment. Based in Tamworth, NSW, Phil Hunt Parts has grown from a “One Man Band” operation in 1992 to become the largest dismantler of non Caterpillar and Komatsu earthmoving equipment in the southern hemisphere. We have specialised in makes and models that larger companies have long since stopped catering for - thus carving out our own niche, allowing us to accumulate and distribute parts to the farthest reaching places in Australia and the South Pacific. Always at the right money, right away. Phil Hunt himself started the business in 1992 from his sheep block in Coonabarabran and shifted to Tamworth in 1994 when a suitable shed became available. The logic behind the move to Tamworth was purely based around freight. Tamworth is located in the very centre of the eastern seaboard with every Australia wide freight company represented here with their own depot, giving us the ability to transport our parts all around the country in the swiftest manner possible. Phil built the business from nothing, priding himself on his ability to cater to the smallest of small land holders in the backblocks of Qld - to the largest earthmoving contractors on the eastern seaboard. His down to earth personality and no nonsense attitude saw him steer the ship successfully til 2012 when his eldest boy, Brendan Hunt took over the daily running of the business.
