Great to find a person with diversified talents. Phil has the knife sharpening equipment in his garage and certainly turned my very blunt knives into knives to be proud of. Phil also took the time show me how to correctly sharpen my knives. Very impressed, would definitely recommend Phil. He also makes knives, another talent.
