About Pilates & Movement
Pilates & Movement is a small boutique studio that is dedicated to integrating the teachings and philosophies of Joseph Pilates, with the musculoskeletal and neurological science of today. Nadine Kent has been teaching Pilates for 14 years and is a Principal member with the Pilates Alliance of Australasia. Our focus is on individual instruction and exercise prescription, so that you can correct faulty muscle recruitment patterns and move towards a balanced pain free body. Benefits include; a strong core and buttocks, flexibility and power, greater breath capacity, better posture and alignment to increase blood and nerve flow for improved health and vitality.
