Pizza Hut Ashmore

We tried today Upper Coomera Pizza Hut and next order will be back in Pizza Hut where we order usually. We ordered Hawaii and Supreme and there was almost no sauce nor ingredients on it. They try to put less and less on those pizzas...

Well our night of ordering pizza start off ok , then it when bad. Thank you to the new store manager , for personally delivering our pizzas . Even though he was quite agitated at first , we got our order and he apologised for the long wait of and 1hr and 20mins. After some confusion and after explaining the confusion we all sorted it out. So thank you. I do hope the young new manager can rectify some of the issues that the current store has and had in the past and can improve this store . Maybe the franchisees can can help this store a bit more, offer support where needed. As this isn’t the staffs fault it’s the support from the top. . I do hope this store improves. Best of luck to the new manager..

I had a payment issue but the manager at the Runaway Bay store couldn’t be more helpful when I called and she also did a follow up and called me back 10mins later to confirm. I could not fault or praise her enough.
