Extremely Disappointed with PM Design Group I engaged PM Design Group for engineering works on my new residential build, based on a quote with a specific 4-week timeframe. The request for works began in September 2024, but I only received the engineering documents in December 2024. The project experienced over five weeks of delays due to internal errors, causing major disruptions and additional expenses in the thousands for me. During this period, my attempts to communicate via email and phone went unanswered. It wasn't until I issued a formal 28-day notice that I received any response. Despite this admission, there was no follow-through on the commitment to discuss compensation. I was given an ultimatum to either pay the full invoice or have the engineering documents and R126 retracted with the building surveyor, further complicating the project.
