Very disappointed with product and approved warranty claim which has now been over 12 months and still not honoured. Warranty doesn't seem to be worth the paper its written on. The lack of service and inability to talk to anyone as the business phone goes through to an external provider has been extremely disheartening for what is supposed to be a local business.
