We contacted Mick on a weekend to request an urgent pool inspection which he organised for the very next afternoon. Mick was thorough whilst conducting the inspection and then provided the safety certificate quickly and efficiently! Very happy with the service Michael from Mackay Safety provided with my pool fence inspection and certification. He was more than happy to visit the residence months in advance to provide advice and pick up on matters I had not thought of, so I could replace an existing fence myself. The final certification was therefore fairly straight-forward. The cost was very reasonable.

Great to deal with. Mick got back to me straight away and explained the process in clear and easy to understand language. Turnaround time to complete all the requirements, conduct final inspection and receive certificate was less than a week. I would recommend Mick.
