Bought a new spa from these guys recently and the service was outstanding. I could see that Tamara was excited about the products and full of knowledge. She wasn't your usual boring salesperson. Any technical questions I had were answered by Mark. All this made me excited to buy from them and they didn't let me down. Kept me informed throughout the build process and delivered when they said they would. The spa itself has exceeded my expectations.

The staff and service always excellent, they always go above and beyond. Free testing on pool water and never push any overpriced, un-needed products like some other stores. They have a huge range of products at a decent price and always willing to help. Highly recommended coming to this place for all your pool requirements.

No, all salt chlorinators are designed to operate efficiently at a set salt level, depending on the brand and model of the unit. Adding too much salt can harm your salt chlorinator, causing damage or shortening its usable life. Always have your salt level checked at Pool & Spa Megastore to see if you really need to add any.

Is all pool salt the same?

No! There are lower grades of pool salt sometimes found in large, mass merchants. Often this is cheaper to buy, but has not been processed like the premium grades of salt we sell, even though they may come from the same supplier or same processing area.
