We are the oldest family owned jewellers and jewellery designers in Port Macquarie, with two generations of jewellery designers and gemologists working for our company. Our staff has 123 years combined industry experience and expertise. We specialise in handcrafting customised, wedding and engagement jewellery, as well as graduation jewellery. We also offer watch and clock repairs for residents and visitors to Port Macquarie. So happy to find a matching band to my treasured 20 years old Skagen watch. The manufacturer doesn't make them any more. Steve is the only watchmaker in Port Macquarie and has fixed our watches for the last 20 years at least. Always lovely jewellery to be found here in their main street location.

I was most impressed with the excellent friendly service provided by the sales assistant at Port Heritage Jewellers. If you are looking for something a little different this is the place to go. This Jewellers is full of the most beautiful jewellery - cabinets full of the prettiest rings, earrings, necklaces, bracelets all different coloured stones - very reasonably priced and impossible to choose from. Everyone is very helpful even if you can't make up your mind about the length of a necklace that needs to be restrung or a new watch - they are patient, considerate and very professional and friendly.

Steve and the team are the best in the business. I often take Steve my vintage watches to be service or fixed and have never been disappointed. I recently took him an old and rare Lavina watch that was dead . I gave it to Steve to fix , he said that parts for that watch weren’t available. I asked him to hang on to it and see if he could get it going with either spare parts or another mechanism. It took quite some time and some modifications but just like magic he got it going . I never thought it would happen but waiting several weeks as expected with difficult jobs paid off . He did it ! I highly recommend Steve and his team at HERITAGE JEWLERS. Thanks so much Anthony.
