Port Macquarie Garage Doors

I recently had two new garage doors installed by Port Mac Garage doors, and I couldn't be happier with the service. From start to finish. their communication was excellent. The team was incredibly quick and professional. Highly Recommend. The level of customer care is rare and greatly appreciated.

16/02/2024 - I rang and booked them in to service 3 roller doors, the service was booked for 23/02/2024 (their earlier dates didn't work for me). They were due to attend between 8.00am - 11.00am. I advised ok to come earlier as there is a dog in the yard - they arrived at 7.45am. I found Tommy to be polite & friendly, with the work being completed before I left for work.

From the phone call to Kristy about my remote not working, to troubleshooting over the phone to save call out fee with Tommy, then called into the office and given a brand new remote to try, then boy's coming out to replace circuit board and reprogram old remotes. Service was second to none very friendly and helpful awesome experience.

They came out after hours to make sure my garage was at least shut til it could be fixed properly. You can enter our house through the garage. Very little cost where as another company was going to charge me $300 before they even touched anything. Extremely friendly and generous. Put my faith back in humanity getting in contact with Port Macquarie garage doors. Even though I was bummed about the garage door being broken they brightened up my day. Thank you for your kindness and generosity. It’s very much appreciated.
